Client Flow by Filip Sardi
NOv 24-30 / Black FRIDAY WITH A TWIST
Bazaar Week is live.
No haggling required.
Three irresistible client-first offers, one week, and a price that quietly ticks up every day.
Bazar week ends in:
You missed out!
As I’m visiting Saudi Arabia right now, it felt only natural to give Black Friday a small bazaar-style twist for you.
Rules of the game: Each day, the price on all three offers increases slightly, with the best deal already available today.
Once the week is over, the bazaar closes and prices go permanently up.
BAZAAR DEALS
3 Client Flow offers:
#1 - Bundle: VA Delegation Menu + VIP ticket for Retention Engine workshop
Bazaar Price: 99 € (Regular: 199 €)
You get the tools to stop carrying client retention alone – your VA (or team member) can take over the key touchpoints, while you join the Retention Engine workshop to set up three simple systems that help clients stay, refer, and come back.
This offer is best for you if...
You are busy serving clients, know you are leaving opportunity to document client wins and have them renew, and want simple retention tasks your VA (or team member) can run without you micromanaging.
>> Get my VA Delegation Menu (regular price 60-100 Eur) with 10+ essential client retention processes, step-by-step instructions, and communication scripts your VA or team member can start using immediately in communication with your clients
>> Give your VA clear words and timing for sensitive moments (low call attendance, slipping engagement, renewal invitations) so nothing feels awkward or pushy
>> Join a 90-minute Retention Engine workshop where we design 3 simple flows for renewals, referrals, and reactivations so clients keep growing with you
>> You get a VIP ticket to the workshop (regular price 99 Eur), which includes access to my AI Flow tools to help you write your reactivation emails and renewal scripts faster
#2 - Client Flow Upgrade Audit
Bazaar Price: 320 € (Regular: 500 €)
You get two simple diagnostics that show you exactly where clients are losing steam and where they would naturally say yes to more support, plus a 90-minute call with me to turn that into a clear, realistic plan you can implement on your own.
This offer is best for you if...
Best for you if your clients start strong, then some quietly fade or just “finish and disappear” - and you want it to feel normal and easy for the right people to renew, stay longer, or step into deeper work with you.
Outside of Bazaar Week, this level of audit is priced between €1,000 and €1,500 - this is the first and only time it will be available under €500.
Here's how the audit works
Before we talk, you’ll go through two AI diagnostic tools: one that highlights where momentum drops in your current delivery, and one that surfaces the most promising upgrade moments that are already happening inside your program.
I’ll review everything in advance so when we get on Zoom, we’re not guessing - we’re looking at what your clients are actually doing.
On the call, we’ll decide which of those momentum points are worth protecting first, where you’re unintentionally training people to drift, and how to turn your best client moments into simple “what’s next?” invitations that do not feel pushy or out of character.
By the end, you’ll walk away with a short, do-able list of changes for the next 60–90 days: what to adjust, what to stop doing, and where your easiest retention and renewal wins are hiding, based on the business you already have.
#3 - Client Flow Mentorship
Bazaar Price: 2,600 € (Regular: 4,200 €)
This is a 12-week 1:1 container where we rebuild the “inside” of your business together - how clients move, stay, renew, and grow with you - so your backend feels steadier and less dependent on constant front-end pushing.
This offer is best for you if...
You already have people coming in, your offer works, but you can feel that the way clients move through it is not matching the level of care and skill you bring. Some get great results and would probably stay if there was a clear next step. Others drift, even though you know they have more in them. You are tired of watching that happen on repeat.
Normally, this level of 1:1 work sits in the €4,000 – €5,000 range; during Bazaar Week you get it on group-price terms, and I do not plan to offer it this way again.
How the 12 weeks work?
Before Week 1: Bottleneck Diagnostic
We start with a 90-minute Bottleneck Diagnostic Call.
>> We map where you are currently the single point of failure
>> We decide which parts of delivery actually need you vs what can be turned into a system, delegated, or supported by AI
>> We set the focus for the next 12 weeks so we are not just “improving everything”, but fixing the right things in the right order
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): Momentum Flow System
Goal: Stop you being the only person who can spot and respond to breakthrough moments.
In this phase we:
>> Identify exactly where momentum builds versus dies in your current delivery
>> Design simple ways to catch people before they drift (check-ins, escalation paths, momentum markers)
>> Turn your expertise into small systems so progress and problems are visible without you monitoring everything
By the end of Phase 1, client issues start getting caught earlier and important moments no longer depend on you “being there” at the right time.
Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8): Natural Upgrade Architecture
Goal: Make upgrades and renewals feel like the obvious next step, not a hard pitch.
In this phase we:
>> Use the breakthrough moments from Phase 1 to design clear “what’s next” steps
>> Decide how deeper support is offered when someone is winning or stuck, so it feels like help, not pressure
>> Create simple invitations and follow-ups that your systems or team can run without you
By the end of Phase 2, your best clients know what the next level looks like and how to step into it, without you forcing the conversation.
Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Retention Revenue Engine
Goal: Choose and implement the one systematic change that removes you from the most bottlenecks and stabilizes backend revenue.
In this phase we:
>> Look at everything we’ve built so far and choose your highest-leverage play (tracking, delegation, AI support, etc.)
>> Implement that change properly, so it runs reliably in the background
>> Connect it to renewals, offboarding, and ongoing communication, so backend revenue grows month after month instead of resetting each quarter
By the end of Phase 3, you have at least one “engine” running that protects momentum, supports upgrades, and does not depend on you personally holding everything together.

Why should you listen to me?
I’ve been in the “online arena” for a more than a decade, helping 6 and 7-figure coaches and entrepreneurs launch offers that scale. For years, my focus was on front-end growth: crafting irresistible offers, managing big product launches, and driving sales.
In the past few years, I’ve felt pulled toward a legacy-level mission: Helping entrepreneurs grow by making sure their clients actually win.
That’s what sparked Client Flow™, and why it’s more than just a framework or a method.
It’s a movement for those of us who believe that sustainable growth comes from retention, referrals, and real transformation – not just making the sale.
Personal snippets? Food is life. I enjoy strength training, but I find just as much fulfillment on the yoga mat during a good vinyasa flow. Sometimes stubborn, always striving for excellence.
And I live by amor fati - the radical art of loving whatever life brings.
